I was hired to be new the Lead designer for Animation Platform startup TAOST. The goal was to make TAOST a friendly, colourful place for young animators to come and share their ideas to make short films.

To exemplify this, I was tasked with creating 2 mascots formulated by the CEO as well as direct the development team to achieve an environment where people feel welcome and comfortable sharing their ideas.
